Who
are the providers?
Procard International works with the largest professional networks with
over 350,000 providers nationwide. The dental network is Aetna Dental
Access ®. Coast to Coast Optical network is the largest optical network
nationwide with more than 12,000 locations to choose from. The
prescription drug card is part of the PBM Network that can be used
through a mail order program or at most pharmacies nationwide.
What is my guarantee?
30 Day Guaranteed No Risk Refund. If for any reason, you are not
completely satisfied with our products or services, you may cancel and
get a full 100% guaranteed credit refund if your cancellation is
postmarked within 30 days of your activation.
How much does a membership cost? The regular rate for our
membership is $26.95/month for your entire family. Associates of our
company receive a discounted rate of $19.95/month. To add our Physician
Plan will only cost you an additional $6 each month.

What Payment options does Procard International accept?
We have 2 methods of payment:
1. Monthly or annual checking acct/Debit Card
2. Money Order (only on annual activations)
If a member decides to activate by money order, he/she can pay annually and receive almost 30% off, $249.

we can get you started, right away! We will E-mail you upon receipt and provide you with all of the necessary instructions

Can I change providers?
Yes, when you use the plan, you can choose from any participating
provider on any of the networks and change at any time. We work with
private practice dentists who are members of the American Dental
Association. Please feel free to call our office for any assistance in
selecting a provider near your home and work.
How do I add the physician savings?
You simply check the physician service box on the activation form. For
just $6 per month, this will allow you to save an average of 10% to 30%
at over 285,000 offices throughout the country, including family
physicians and specialists.
How much do I save?
Your family can save 15% - 50%* on all of the available dental
procedures, even orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry. The providers in
your area can provide you with the savings on a specific procedure. The
percentage is determined by the network the provider is affiliated with.
When you contact the provider’s office to inquire about specific savings
on any of the services, please be sure to ask for the name of the
particular network. The individual providers are contracted directly
with the networks themselves; therefore they will only recognize the
name of the network they are affiliated with.
* Anticipated national average dental charges for the 2005 calendar year
based on the comparison of provider negotiated fees to national average
charges. Actual costs and savings vary by provider and geographical
area.
Are there any restrictions? There are no restrictions
at all. Because our benefits are not insurance, they are easy to use
with no limits to the number of yearly visits, no deductibles or age
limits, and all pre-existing do qualify with no waiting periods. You can
use the services as much and as often as you like and discontinue at
anytime with no restrictions.
Can I use the plan as a supplement with my insurance?
Yes, this can reduce your out of pocket expenses. The provider will
maximize the savings for you. Each office has its own procedures, so
you’ll want to make the arrangements prior to receiving the services.
The optical and prescription cannot be used in conjunction with other
plans you may already have, although feel free to compare which plan
will provide you with the highest savings at the time of service.
How soon can I use the plan?
You can begin using the services once you receive your permanent
membership card which will take approximately 20 business days.
Who can use the plan in my family?
The service can be used by your entire family. A membership includes two
adults and any number of children less than 18 years of age.
Is the plan available everywhere?
With our new Aetna Dental Access ® network, our services are now
available in every state.
Does Procard International make our private information
available to other companies?
No, Procard International does not share any member information, for any
reason, to any other entity not directly associated with our products
and/or services.
